Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy conducted a review meeting at the Secretariat on the progress of the Regional Ring Road (RRR), Roads and Buildings (R&B), and National Highway projects. He instructed officials to complete the land acquisition process for the RRR at the earliest.
The Chief Minister emphasized that the pending land acquisition for the Nagpur-Vijayawada Corridor in Telangana districts must be completed by Sankranti. He directed officials to resolve issues related to forest department lands without delay and stressed the need for coordination between the forest and R&B departments to ensure smooth execution.

To facilitate faster progress, CM Revanth Reddy recommended the appointment of dedicated officers from both departments to oversee the land acquisition process. He also instructed the departments to hold joint meetings to address pending issues and complete the acquisition process swiftly.
The Chief Minister further directed that all villages across the state must be connected to their respective mandal headquarters with blacktop (BT) roads. He underlined the importance of designing roads to accommodate future expansion needs and mandated that new gram panchayats should not be left out of the road connectivity plan.

Revanth Reddy instructed officials to release funds in phases to ensure timely execution and made it clear that road connectivity must be ensured for every village. “There should be no instance where a village lacks road connectivity,” he said.
