Popular Tollywood personality and Jana Sena leader Konidela Nagababu, who recently secured a unanimous victory in the MLC elections under the MLA quota in Andhra Pradesh, is making headlines for an unexpected reason. The official announcement following his win revealed his real name as Nagendra Rao, leaving fans and the public astonished.
Nagababu, widely recognized as the brother of Megastar Chiranjeevi and Power Star Pawan Kalyan, has been known by this name throughout his career as an actor, producer, and judge on the hit show Jabardasth. However, the official records stating Nagendra Rao as his original name came as a surprise to many.
Close sources confirmed that while his official documents bear the name Nagendra Rao, he was affectionately called Nagababu by family members, which eventually became popular in the film industry and among the public. Even in film credits as a producer, he continued to use the name Nagababu.
