Hyderabad: The Telangana government’s anti-encroachment task force, HYDRAA, which has gained significant public attention since its inception, has now triggered a major response with its latest recruitment notification. The department has announced 200 driver vacancies to be filled on an outsourcing basis, prompting a large influx of applicants from across the state.
Applications are being accepted over a three-day window from May 19 to 21 at the HYDRAA parking office. Since Monday morning, hundreds of unemployed youth were seen forming long queues to submit their applications.

HYDRAA officials stated that preference will be given to candidates who appeared for the recent police constable examinations but were not selected due to minor score differences. This clause has drawn many such aspirants hoping for a second opportunity at a government-related position.
The overwhelming response reflects both the popularity of HYDRAA and the urgent demand for employment opportunities across Telangana, particularly in government and affiliated services.
