Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan took a dig at the YSR Congress Party (YSRCP), stating that neither he nor Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu granted it opposition status—rather, the people themselves denied it.
Speaking at the Assembly media point today, Pawan pointed out that while YSRCP secured only 11 seats, Jana Sena won 21. He emphasized that Jana Sena is the second-largest party in the Assembly. Mocking YSRCP’s claims, he remarked that in Germany, parties with a higher vote percentage get more opportunities, and if YSRCP wants such a system, they are free to move to Germany.
Pawan also noted that despite being unwell for the past month, the Governor addressed the Assembly today. He urged YSRCP leaders to maintain decorum in the House.
