Controversial filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma (RGV) recently made a sensational tweet addressing the ongoing case filed against him and the media frenzy surrounding it. He clarified that he had not fled anywhere and apologized for disappointing his followers. He also stated that no police officer had visited his office, despite widespread rumors.
In his tweet, RGV addressed those who believed he was on the run, especially in states like Maharashtra and Chennai, telling them, “Bad news for you all,” as he was still in his office. He mentioned that he occasionally stepped out for his film-related work but emphasized that the police had never visited his office. He questioned why the authorities, if they intended to arrest him, hadn’t approached his office yet.

RGV also shared that the case against him stemmed from posts he made a year ago, with various individuals in different regions filing cases against him. He found it strange that multiple cases were being filed across various locations. He explained that upon receiving the notice, he had asked for some time to address official matters related to his film, and the concerned authority had granted permission.

However, RGV suggested there might be a conspiracy behind the increasing number of cases being filed against him in different areas. He also mentioned that the reason he had turned off his mobile phone was due to the overwhelming number of media calls, adding that he believed something was unfolding behind the scenes.
He reiterated his respect for the law and assured his commitment to adhering to the rules and regulations of government institutions.
