A tragic fire accident occurred on the Outer Ring Road (ORR) near Shamirpet on the outskirts of Hyderabad, where a speeding car suddenly caught fire, resulting in the death of the driver who was trapped inside. The incident created panic among passersby, and videos of the burning vehicle circulated on social media shortly after the accident.
According to preliminary reports from the police, the vehicle was traveling from Shamirpet toward Ghatkesar when a suspected technical malfunction led to a short circuit. Within seconds, flames erupted and rapidly engulfed the car. The driver was unable to exit the vehicle in time and was burned alive before help could arrive.
Police and fire department personnel rushed to the scene upon receiving information and managed to extinguish the flames. A case has been registered, and an investigation is underway to identify the deceased and confirm the exact cause of the fire. Authorities are also examining whether the vehicle had any prior mechanical issues.
