Hyderabad: The transgender community has voiced strong discontent over controversial remarks made by Lady Aghori, alias Srinivas, who is accused of belittling the community. The comments have sparked outrage, with members of the transgender community issuing stern warnings, stating that they would take action if Lady Aghori appears in their vicinity.
Following the backlash, a case has been filed against Lady Aghori at the Jawahar Nagar Police Station. In response, Lady Aghori has publicly stated that they will no longer visit the Telugu states. Both Lady Aghori and their partner, Varshini, have reportedly switched off their phones and gone into hiding.
In a subsequent statement, Lady Aghori threatened severe consequences, claiming that further trolling on social media would lead to dire repercussions. The opposition to Lady Aghori intensified after their marriage to Varshini, with individuals stepping forward to express their disapproval. A woman recently came forward, claiming to be Lady Aghori’s first wife, and filed a formal complaint with the police.
In light of the ongoing developments, Telangana police are intensifying their search for Lady Aghori and Varshini. Arrests are expected shortly, as authorities confirmed that both individuals would soon be apprehended.
The situation has taken a dramatic turn following reports that Lady Aghori and Varshini recently married at a Kali Mata temple in Madhya Pradesh, with a video of the ceremony going viral on social media.
