Telangana Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy has announced significant welfare measures for the people of the state. Speaking to the media on Monday, he revealed that 3,500 Indiramma houses would be distributed across every constituency in the state during the Sankranti festival. He assured that a detailed plan had been prepared and promised that all beneficiaries would be treated fairly.
In addition, Reddy announced that the state government would provide ‘Rythu Bharosa’ (Farmer’s Assurance) to farmers during Sankranti, with an app set to be launched on December 5 to facilitate the process.

Addressing concerns about conspiracy-driven rumors, the minister emphasized that the Congress government was committed to public welfare and would soon launch several development initiatives. He reaffirmed the government’s commitment to implementing the six guarantees, including large-scale job recruitments. He highlighted that 50,000 appointment letters had already been issued and stressed that the health sector would continue to receive special attention.
Reddy also condemned the ongoing false propaganda against Gurukulas, asserting that the Congress government remained focused on its developmental agenda.
