Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has declared a Rs 100 crore allocation from the state government for the Telangana Young India Skill University. He further requested to raise a corpus fund to support the university’s comprehensive management and operations.
On Thursday, CM Revanth convened a meeting with the university board at the Secretariat. The session was attended by Minister Sreedhar Babu, University Board Chairman Anand Mahindra, and various industrialists and senior officials from multiple sectors.
During the meeting, CM Revanth urged all stakeholders to extend their cooperation in managing the university. Officials provided details on the new courses and key initiatives set to launch at the university this year.
Industrialist Anand Mahindra commended the Chief Minister’s initiative to equip skilled youth from Telangana for the global market. He praised CM Revanth for his visionary leadership and confirmed his acceptance of the role of University Board Chairman, acknowledging the Chief Minister’s impressive vision for the institution.
