New Delhi: The Supreme Court has delivered its verdict on the NEET UG-2024 paper leak, determining that there were no systematic violations involved. The leak was found to be confined to Patna and Hazaribagh. The apex court highlighted the shortcomings of the National Testing Agency (NTA) and emphasized that such incidents are unacceptable, given their impact on students’ progress.
The court directed the Centre to take immediate measures to prevent similar incidents in the future, ensuring the integrity of the examination process and protecting the interests of the students.
