Southern Railway cancels multiple trains due to floods in Telugu states

Hyderabad; Severe flooding has hit the Telugu states, with roads, bridges, and railway tracks damaged or submerged in many areas. In response to the situation, the South Central Railway has announced the cancellation of several trains. This includes trains running to and from various regions, with services suspended for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

– Secunderabad – Shalimar (12774)
– Shalimar – Secunderabad (12773)
– Secunderabad – Visakhapatnam (22204)
– Bengaluru – Howrah (12864)
– Kadapa – Visakhapatnam (17487)
– Adilabad – Nanded (17409)
– Nanded – Adilabad (17410)
– Visakhapatnam – Secunderabad (12805)
– Bhubaneswar – Bengaluru (18463)
– Visakhapatnam – Guntur (22701)
– Secunderabad – Visakhapatnam (20707)
– Visakhapatnam – Secunderabad (20833)
– Secunderabad – Visakhapatnam (20834)

In addition, the South Central Railway has also cancelled trains on the Machilipatnam – Tirupati, Narsapur – Nagercoil, Bengaluru – Danapur, and Tirupati – Kakinada routes, among others. Furthermore, 13 trains have been diverted to alternate routes. Passengers are advised to check their travel plans and cooperate with the changes.
