Rachakonda Police Commissioner Sudheer Babu has made a significant statement concerning the ongoing disputes within the Manchu family. He confirmed that the investigation into Mohan Babu’s case is still under progress and that a notice has already been issued to him. Mohan Babu requested time until January 24 to respond. The High Court has also granted Mohan Babu a deadline of January 24, the Commissioner added. Authorities affirmed their commitment to honoring the High Court’s orders and stated that if no response is received by the specified date, new notices would be issued to Mohan Babu.
Surrender of Double-Barrel Gun
Mohan Babu handed over his double-barrel gun to the Chandragiri Police through Satish, the PRVO of Vignan Niketan, near his educational institution in Tirupati. The Chandragiri Police subsequently moved the weapon from their station to the Superintendent of Police’s (SP) office in Tirupati, where it was officially transferred.

The Rachakonda Police Commissioner clarified that Mohan Babu does not possess any gun licenses within the Rachakonda jurisdiction.
