A crucial development has emerged in the high-profile phone tapping case that shook Telangana, with the Special Investigation Team (SIT) issuing notices to BRS Working President K.T. Rama Rao (KTR). The SIT has directed him to appear for questioning at its office in the Jubilee Hills Police Station at 11:00 AM on Friday.
Several police officials have already been arrested in connection with the case. With the probe now extending to political leaders, political tension has intensified across the state. This marks the first time KTR has been served notices in the phone tapping case, signaling a new phase in the investigation.

Earlier, the SIT questioned former minister Harish Rao in the same case. Since Hyderabad Police Commissioner Sajjannar was appointed as the SIT chief, the investigation into the phone tapping case has gathered pace.
