In the wake of the Pulwama terrorist attack, tensions between India and Pakistan have escalated significantly. There are growing indications that India may soon respond to Pakistan’s actions. In the latest developments, Pakistan’s military has reportedly begun vacating several terror launch pads located in Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir (POK), with terrorists being relocated to military shelters and bunkers.
According to intelligence sources, Indian security agencies have actively identified multiple launch pads still in operation. In response, Pakistan has taken measures to relocate militants from areas such as Kel, Sardi, Athmukham, Jura, Lipa, Pahchiban, Forward Kahuta, Dudhniyal, and Kotli in POK. These launch pads are key points used by terrorists to infiltrate Jammu and Kashmir, with intelligence reports suggesting that around 150 to 200 trained militants are prepared for infiltration.

This action follows a terrorist attack on tourists in April, which resulted in the deaths of 26 individuals, further heightening tensions between the two nations. In retaliation, India has taken decisive steps, including halting the Indus Waters Treaty with Pakistan and issuing orders for Pakistani nationals to immediately depart the country. In response, Pakistan has announced the suspension of the Simla Agreement and other bilateral agreements, while also revoking permission for Indian aircraft to enter its airspace.
