Hyderabad: The ongoing property dispute between actor Mohan Babu and his son Manchu Manoj has once again garnered attention. The father and son duo recently visited the Rangareddy district collectorate after Mohan Babu filed a formal complaint regarding his property in Jalpally, Rangareddy district. Based on the complaint, Rangareddy district Additional Collector Pratima Singh issued notices to both Mohan Babu and Manchu Manoj for an investigation.
In his complaint, Mohan Babu claimed that certain individuals were attempting to illegally seize his property in Jalpally. He further requested that all occupants of his residence vacate the premises and hand over the property to him, citing the Senior Citizens Act. Responding to the complaint, the collector sought a police report on the matter, which led to the issuance of notices to Manchu Manoj, who resides at the Jalpally farmhouse. The notices instructed him to appear for questioning.

On the heels of these developments, Manchu Manoj, along with his legal team, visited the Rangareddy district collectorate to meet with Additional Collector Pratima Singh.
This property dispute has been an ongoing issue, with prior incidents of physical altercations between the two. Past reports have highlighted incidents where Manchu Manoj allegedly went to Mohan Babu’s house with bouncers, while Mohan Babu was also reported to have assaulted a TV channel reporter. These incidents have kept the father-son conflict in the public eye. The property dispute remains unresolved as both parties continue to navigate the legal process.
