Hyderabad: BRS leader KTR lashed out at Congress leader and chief opposition figure Rahul Gandhi in a recent tweet, criticizing him for failing to deliver on his job promises in Telangana. KTR reminded Gandhi that during the election campaign, he had pledged to create 200,000 jobs in the first year if Congress came to power. Trusting his words, many unemployed youths voted for Congress, handing over the reins of Telangana.
KTR accused the Congress government of failing to fulfill its promises to the unemployed. He noted that despite being in power for eight months, the Congress administration has not issued a single job notification. KTR criticized the release of a “jobless calendar” instead of new job opportunities, claiming it has crushed the hopes of many job seekers.
KTR demanded that Rahul Gandhi visit Ashok Nagar in Hyderabad to explain how he plans to fulfill the promises made during the election campaign.
