The Government of India has extended the ban on Pakistani military and civilian aircraft entering Indian airspace until June 23. This restriction continues amid ongoing tensions between the two countries.
Following the Pahalgam terror attack, India had initially prohibited Pakistan Airlines from using its airspace from April 30. On Friday, the Ministry of Civil Aviation issued directives to extend this ban through a NOTAM (Notice to Airmen) for all Pakistani flights.
The extension reflects India’s firm stance on maintaining stringent airspace security against Pakistan amidst current geopolitical concerns.
