At least 400 people were killed in airstrikes carried out by Pakistan on a hospital in Kabul, Afghanistan. The attack, which took place on Monday night, targeted a facility providing treatment for drug-addicted patients, according to the Afghan government. The incident is being described as one of the deadliest in Kabul in recent times.
In response, India strongly condemned Pakistan’s actions, calling them barbaric and inhumane. The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) said the attack constituted a clear violation of Afghanistan’s sovereignty and criticized Pakistan for attempting to portray it as a military operation. India also condemned the timing of the attack during the holy month of Ramadan.
