Dubbaka MLA Kotha Prabhakar Reddy met Chief Minister Revanth Reddy on Friday at his residence, requesting the establishment of Young India Skill University in Dubbaka. The Chief Minister responded positively, approving the proposal and directing CMO officials to conduct a site inspection.
Additionally, the MLA sought approval for the construction of a double road between Hablipur and Lachhapet. CM Revanth Reddy sanctioned Rs 35 crore for the project, which will be developed under the Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM). Expressing gratitude, MLA Kotha Prabhakar Reddy thanked the Chief Minister on behalf of Dubbaka residents for his swift response.

The Telangana government has been prioritizing road infrastructure, with a focus on enhancing connectivity between mandal headquarters and district centers. The Revanth Reddy-led administration has approved new double road projects across the state as part of this initiative.
In a recent Assembly session, Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy confirmed that rural roads and state highways will be developed under the HAM model. He stated that toll tax collection will be implemented, while the state government will cover 40% of the contractor’s tax obligations. The initiative aims to improve connectivity from villages to mandals and districts, reinforcing road infrastructure as a key driver of development in Telangana.
