Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has alleged that organizers of the Formula E car race event confessed to having a secret deal with KTR, claiming that the arrangement was made to embezzle Rs 600 crore. He asserted that these irregularities were exposed after their party came into power. Revanth also challenged the claims of KTR’s innocence in corruption, stating he was willing to discuss the matter anywhere. He expressed frustration over the inconsistency of those who initially called for an inquiry and are now demanding it again.
Revanth revealed that when a Formula E representative met him, he questioned why they had approached him after settling matters with KTR and what his involvement was. He further claimed that it was this interaction with the car racing team that revealed the scam.
On the matter of the OTRR seat, Revanth clarified that it was offered only when Minister Harish Rao made the request, adding that a family dispute in KCR’s household led to this decision. He humorously mentioned that Harish Rao would face consequences when he returns home.
