Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has reached out to Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, proposing a meeting in Hyderabad on the 6th of this month to address longstanding bifurcation issues between the two states.
Despite a decade passing since the bifurcation, numerous unresolved issues persist. Chandrababu emphasized in his letter that face-to-face discussions between the chief ministers are crucial to resolving these matters and enhancing cooperation between Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
The letter underscored the importance of fulfilling the promises made during the bifurcation for the welfare of Telugu-speaking people. He expressed confidence in Revanth Reddy’s leadership and dedication, highlighting their collective responsibility to address pending issues outlined in the Reorganisation Act promptly.
