Andhra Pradesh Finance Minister Pyyavula Keshav presented the state budget for the financial year 2025-26 in the Assembly, with a total outlay of Rs 3,22,359 crore. Key allocations include Rs 6,000 crore for Amaravati’s development, Rs 48,000 crore for the agriculture sector, and Rs 31,806 crore for school education.

– Municipal Administration & Urban Development: Rs 13,862 crore
– Energy Department: Rs 13,600 crore
– Agriculture: Rs 11,636 crore
– Social Welfare: Rs 10,909 crore
– Economically Backward Classes Welfare: Rs 10,619 crore
– Transport: Rs 8,785 crore
