Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is set to embark on a two-day visit to Delhi, beginning tomorrow afternoon. The Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister’s Office (CMO) confirmed the schedule, which includes high-level meetings with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and several key Union Ministers.
According to the official statement, Chandrababu will meet with PM Modi at 4:30 p.m. tomorrow, followed by a discussion with Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw. On Tuesday, the Chief Minister is expected to hold separate meetings with Home Minister Amit Shah, Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari, and Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman.
This visit follows the AP government’s recent submission of a report to the Centre on the Budameru floods. Key issues on the agenda include the proposed railway zone, the contentious merger of Visakhapatnam Steel Plant into SAIL, flood relief, and securing World Bank funds for the development of Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh’s capital.
