The YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) has encountered a significant blow in Visakhapatnam, with reports indicating that 20 corporators are preparing to resign from the party. Of these, 11 corporators are set to join the Telugu Desam Party (TDP), while the remaining nine are expected to align with Jana Sena.
In a strategic move, the TDP is ensuring that the discontented corporators remain out of reach from YSRCP leadership. The mass resignation of 20 corporators comes just as the Andhra Pradesh Assembly sessions are scheduled to commence, marking a substantial challenge for the YSRCP.
