The Telangana State Public Service Commission (TGPSC) has brought good news for job seekers awaiting government employment opportunities in the state, releasing a notification to fill vacant posts in the agriculture sector. As part of this, the Telangana State Seed and Organic Certification Authority (TSSOCA) will fill vacant Seed Certification Officer posts, and online applications are invited from eligible and interested candidates.
A total of 19 vacancies are available. Candidates must hold a basic degree in agricultural science along with a postgraduate M.Sc. (Ag.) in Seed Technology, Plant Breeding, Agronomy, or Plant Physiology from an ICAR-recognised university. Applicants must be aged between 18 and 44 years, with a 5-year age relaxation for SC, ST, BC, and EWS candidates. Selection will be based on a written examination, with the final selection determined by marks scored, merit, and reservations. Selected candidates will draw a monthly salary ranging from Rs 51,320 to Rs 1,27,310.
