Telangana Jagruthi president and MLC K. Kavitha has made a strong political statement, asserting that with divine support she would assume the Chief Minister’s post if given the opportunity. She warned that she would take strict action against those involved in alleged corruption, vowing to expose all irregularities from 2014 onwards. Kavitha questioned why the current government, which came to power promising anti-corruption measures, has not acted against BRS irregularities and alleged links to Congress in the state’s governance.

Kavitha also addressed Chief Minister Revanth Reddy’s administration, stating that she is willing to apologize if she errs but maintains she has done nothing wrong. She clarified that she is not targeting BRS out of personal vendetta but intends to hold those responsible accountable. “If someone hits me once, I’ll hit back twice,” she remarked, emphasizing her independence and resolve. She reiterated that she has had no personal gains during the ten-year BRS rule and has no understanding with anyone.

In a significant political development, Kavitha has sent legal notices to BJP MLA Maheshwar Reddy, BRS MLA Madhavaram Krishna Rao, and media outlet T-News for allegedly making baseless claims against her and her husband, Anil. She has demanded public apologies within seven days. Kavitha further stated that she is aware of the individuals behind these allegations, referring to them as a “fox hiding in the pits,” and accused BRS of converting industrial land into residential plots during its tenure.

Meanwhile, Kavitha continues her extensive “Jana Bata” tour with Telangana Jagruthi, engaging with constituents to understand their concerns. She has toured Medchal and Hyderabad districts, including Malakpet, Yakutpura, and Chandrayangutta constituencies, highlighting issues and making critical remarks about BRS, BJP, and Congress leaders. Her comments on BRS MLA Madhavaram Krishna Rao prompted a strong counter-response, following which she issued legal notices. The ongoing developments have stirred political discourse across Telangana.
