US President Donald Trump’s health has recently come under discussion again following observations of a mark on his hand and swelling in his legs. The White House had earlier addressed these concerns, with Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt explaining that the leg issue was due to veins not functioning optimally, causing minor blood pressure build-up—common among older adults. She added that the hand mark appeared from frequent handshakes with large numbers of people and emphasized that Trump remained in excellent health, as certified by White House physician Captain Sean Barabella.
The hand mark has once again drawn attention during public appearances, including a visit to the People’s House Museum and a World Cup event in the Oval Office. Despite attempts to conceal it with makeup, it was noticeable, prompting renewed speculation about Trump’s health.

Leavitt reiterated that the mark results from his extensive public interactions and reflects his commitment to engaging with people. Observers noted that the mark has appeared in previous meetings with world leaders, including French President Emmanuel Macron, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, and UK Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer.
