Hyderabad: Former Telangana Chief Minister and BRS chief K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) was admitted to Yashoda Hospital on Thursday for routine medical examinations. Party leaders and senior functionaries visited him at the hospital, where KCR held extended discussions on key state issues.

According to BRS sources, KCR reviewed current developments in the state, including the availability of urea fertiliser for farmers, agricultural progress, irrigation needs, and other pressing public concerns. He is also said to have collected feedback from party leaders and grassroots workers. Photographs shared by the party’s social media wing showed KCR appearing active and engaged, boosting the morale of party cadres.

BRS working president and MLA K.T. Rama Rao (KTR) clarified that KCR was taken to the hospital for standard health check-ups. He stated that doctors advised a short hospital stay to monitor blood sugar and sodium levels. Emphasising that there are no serious health issues, KTR thanked everyone who expressed concern and extended wishes for KCR’s recovery.
