The case, which also names several Bollywood personalities, involves a total of 25 individuals, creating a significant controversy.

Vijay Deverakonda’s Response
Following reports of his alleged involvement, Vijay Deverakonda’s team issued a clarification, stating that the actor has only promoted skill-based gaming platforms that operate within legal boundaries. His PR team emphasized that all endorsements undertaken by Deverakonda are subject to thorough verification to ensure compliance with legal standards.
The team further clarified that the actor had served as a brand ambassador for A23, a platform offering skill-based rummy games, which has been legally recognized by the Supreme Court of India.
