Miami: U.S. President Donald Trump reacted cautiously to Zohran Mamdani’s victory in New York, describing it as a battle between “Communism and common sense.” Speaking at an economic conference in Miami, Trump said he wished Mamdani success as New York’s Mayor but hinted that the Democratic Socialist might receive only limited federal support. He warned that the city could face reduced funding under Mamdani’s leadership.
Although Trump maintained a measured tone regarding Mamdani’s personal win, he launched a sharp attack on the Democratic Party, accusing it of empowering communists, Marxists, socialists, and globalists who, he claimed, “bring only disasters to America.” Referring to Mamdani as the “New York Communist,” Trump said the result reflected “what congressional Democrats truly want for the country.” He contrasted his own tenure, asserting that he had strengthened the U.S. economy, while his opponents were “turning it into a nightmare,” adding that “they put America last — we put America first.”
🔥There it is! 🔥
Trump is now using Mamdani’s victory as proof that the Dems are moving towards Communism!
Mamdani validates Trump’s entire position, and could serve as the catalyst that justifies unprecedented action against the insurrectionist Dems.
