The Telangana Education Department has announced the schedule for the upcoming DSC (District Selection Committee) exams, which will be conducted in Computer Based Recruitment Test (CBRT) mode from July 18 to August 5. These exams are scheduled to take place in two shifts daily.
According to the released schedule, the first shift will commence with the School Assistant Physical Science exam on July 18, followed by the Physical Education Teacher exam in the second shift on the same day. Subsequently, exams for Secondary Grade Teachers (SGT) across various mediums are slated from July 19 to 22. Notably, the Secondary Grade Physical and Special Education exam will be held on July 20, School Assistant Maths on July 22, School Assistant Biological Science on July 24, Telugu Language Pandit and Secondary Grade Teacher on July 26, and School Assistant Social Studies on July 30.
The total number of vacancies for teachers in Telangana stands at 11,062, as notified by the Education Department. With the application deadline now closed, the department has received a substantial 2.79 lakh applications, reflecting a robust interest and participation in the recruitment process.
