Hyderabad: The Telangana government, under the leadership of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, has introduced a significant initiative aimed at empowering women economically. Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka announced that the government would provide interest-free loans to women, focusing on their financial development. He revealed that Rs. 20,000 crore would be allocated every year to support this initiative.
Over the next five years, the government plans to distribute Rs. 1 lakh crore in loans to women across the state. The goal, according to Bhatti Vikramarka, is to transform one crore women into millionaires.

Exhibition Highlights Women Entrepreneurs’ Talents
As part of the initiative, Bhatti Vikramarka, along with Women and Child Welfare Minister Seethakka, inaugurated an exhibition organized by the Telangana Chamber of Commerce and Industry at the Tourism Bhavan. The exhibition showcased stalls set up by women entrepreneurs from micro and small industries.
During his visit, Bhatti Vikramarka praised the efforts of these women, calling their work “exceptional.” He expressed hope that these ventures would grow into medium and large-scale enterprises in the future.

Focus on Rural Women and Sustainable Production
The Deputy Chief Minister reiterated the government’s commitment to supporting women entrepreneurs and emphasized the role of rural women in business. He encouraged them to focus on eco-friendly products and support sustainable production methods that do not harm the environment.
