Hyderabad: Support and well-wishes have poured in from across the film and political spectrum after Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan’s younger son, Mark Shankar Pawanovich, sustained injuries in a fire accident at his school in Singapore.

In a show of solidarity, Janasena supporters organized special prayers for the child’s recovery. A Mrityunjaya Homam was conducted at the sacred Padagaya temple in Pithapuram, while additional rituals took place at the Aparna Devi Temple in Tadipatri. Speaking to the media, Janasena members remarked that Pawan Kalyan’s philanthropic efforts had come full circle, suggesting that the blessings of construction workers he once supported played a role in his son’s rescue.

Health Update

According to an official statement from Pawan Kalyan’s team, Mark Shankar is currently being treated at a hospital in Singapore and is showing signs of improvement. He has been shifted out of the emergency ward, and doctors have recommended continued observation for the next three days. The fire incident reportedly caused injuries to his hand and leg, and smoke inhalation affected his lungs. Family members, supporters, and well-wishers continue to pray for his full and speedy recovery.
