In a shocking development, it has been revealed that the attack on Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan was a robbery attempt. The police, utilizing CCTV footage, identified the suspect and released his photo.
According to the footage, recorded at 2:33 a.m. on Thursday, the intruder was seen climbing stairs inside Saif’s residence. The suspect, wearing a T-shirt and jeans, was captured descending the staircase and glancing at the CCTV camera before exiting.
Further investigation uncovered that the suspect had demanded ₹1 crore from Saif Ali Khan prior to the attack. When the actor refused, the intruder allegedly proceeded with the assault. The police have indicated that more details will emerge as the investigation progresses.

Medical reports confirm that Saif sustained severe injuries to his spine. Surgeons removed a 2.5-inch knife fragment from his vertebra, ensuring no leakage of spinal fluid. Additionally, he was treated for injuries to his left arm and neck by a plastic surgery team.
Saif Ali Khan is currently in the ICU, with doctors confirming that his condition remains stable. Further updates on the case are awaited.
