Hyderabad: Police have intensified action against individuals promoting online betting apps, registering cases and making arrests. As part of the crackdown, authorities have booked and arrested Local Boy Nani. Additionally, Suryapet district’s Nuthankal police have registered a case against Bhayya Sunny Yadav, who is currently absconding. Special teams have been deployed to apprehend him.
Expanding the investigation, police have now filed cases against 11 YouTubers accused of endorsing betting apps. Among those booked by Panjagutta police are Vishnupriya, Supritha, Ritu Choudhary, Harsha Sai, Tasty Teja, and Pareshan Boys’ Imran. With Bigg Boss fame Vishnupriya and Tasty Teja also under scrutiny, their arrest is expected soon.
