Fuel prices across India have been increased once again by public sector oil companies, adding fresh burden on consumers. Petrol has been hiked by 87 paise per litre and diesel by 91 paise per litre, with the revised rates coming into effect from today.
This is the third increase within just 10 days, intensifying concerns over rising transportation costs. In Hyderabad, petrol now costs ₹112.84 per litre, while diesel is priced at ₹100.94 per litre.
