The campaigning for the Jubilee Hills by-election concluded on Sunday at 5 PM ahead of polling scheduled on November 11, with vote counting set for November 14. Paramilitary forces have been deployed across the constituency, ensuring heightened security. A total of 2,060 polling personnel have been assigned duties, and a control room has been established at the GHMC office. Authorities have ordered all liquor shops in the area to remain closed until the completion of polling.

A total of 58 candidates are contesting the by-election, with 4,01,365 eligible voters across 407 polling stations. Drones and other surveillance measures have been deployed in 139 sensitive areas, and 226 polling stations have been identified as critical.

Over the past 14 days, Congress, BRS, and BJP conducted intensive campaigns in Jubilee Hills. Chief Minister Revanth Reddy led Congress’s campaign, KTR represented BRS, and Kishan Reddy campaigned for the BJP. The by-election is being viewed as a prestige battle among the three parties, with particularly stiff competition expected between Congress and BRS.
