Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has addressed the arrest of Tollywood actor Allu Arjun, stating that legal proceedings would proceed independently, without the involvement of any individual. He clarified, “I have no role in Allu Arjun’s arrest. Everyone is equal before the law. The legal processes that apply to others will also be applicable to Allu Arjun. No individual’s intervention is needed. In light of the stampede incident near the Pushpa 2 movie theatre, the police are taking appropriate actions.”

Bandi Sanjay Condemns Arrest as an Act of Humiliation

Union Minister Bandi Sanjay strongly condemned the arrest of Allu Arjun, calling it a “humiliating act.” He criticized the central and state governments, saying, “It is disgraceful to take a National Award-winning actor directly from his bedroom without notice. Arresting someone who brought global recognition to Indian cinema is unacceptable. The tragic death of a female fan highlights the Congress government’s failure in managing large public gatherings, exposing a lack of proper planning and preparation.”

KTR Calls Arrest an Indicator of Government Insecurity

KTR, a senior leader, expressed his disapproval of Allu Arjun’s arrest, calling it a reflection of “the ruling party’s insecurity.” He extended condolences to the family who lost their loved one in the stampede incident and stated, “Who should be held accountable for this tragedy? Allu Arjun is not a criminal. Treating him as one is unfair. Following this logic, Revanth Reddy would also need to be arrested, as his negligence allegedly contributed to the deaths caused by the Hydra incident.”

Raja Singh Blames Police Department for Stampede Incident

Goshamahal BJP MLA Raja Singh accused the police department of failing to prevent the stampede incident at Sandhya Theatre. Defending Allu Arjun, he said, “Allu Arjun is not responsible for this incident. Holding him accountable when he did not bear direct responsibility is unjust.
