Standing at 69 feet, the massive clay idol was completed on Monday, August 25, and was consecrated during the traditional Netrotsavam ceremony. Crafted entirely from eco-friendly clay and natural colors, over 1,000 bags of clay sourced from Gujarat were used. The Ganpati idol features three heads, eight arms, and five snakes adorning the head, with flanking deities including Sri Lalitha Tripura Sundari, Gajalakshmi, Lakshmi Devi, and Parvati. A Puri Jagannath Swami idol will also be installed in the mandap.

Approximately 125 artists worked round the clock to complete the elaborate idol. The ten-day festivities begin on August 27 and conclude with immersion on September 6. Organizers expect hundreds of thousands of devotees and have made arrangements for a safe and environmentally conscious immersion process.
