New Delhi: Former Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal has issued a bold challenge to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, demanding fresh elections in Delhi if the PM is truly honest. Kejriwal stated that if elections were held and the BJP secured more than 10 seats, he would quit politics permanently.

Addressing the media, Kejriwal said the court delivered a historic verdict today and alleged that Prime Minister Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah had conspired against him. He thanked all those who supported him during the ordeal.

Kejriwal accused the BJP leadership of targeting him due to his honesty and the public’s satisfaction with AAP’s governance. “They orchestrated the Delhi liquor case and falsely accused me of embezzling ₹100 crore. In my life, I have earned nothing but honesty and respect. They sought to destroy that,” he said.

He demanded that Modi and Shah apologize to the people of India for misusing agencies like the ED and CBI as instruments of political vendetta and conspiring against the AAP. Kejriwal added that the real cost of this conspiracy is being borne by the three million citizens of Delhi and questioned who would be held accountable.
