Hyderabad: The city is gearing up to host the Telangana Rising Global Summit 2025, scheduled for December 8 and 9. In preparation, several prominent locations, lakes, and roads across Hyderabad have been set up with high-tech projections and digital displays. Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka stated that 154 delegates from 44 countries across six continents will attend the two-day event, including 46 representatives from the United States alone.
The summit will be inaugurated by Governor Girish Chandra Verma at India Future City on December 8 at 1:30 PM. Key speakers on the first day include Nobel laureates Abhijit Banerjee and Kailash Satyarthi, Eric Sweder, Director of Trump Media & Technologies Group, Telangana IT Minister Sridhar Babu, Deputy CMs Bhatti Vikramarka and D.K. Shivakumar of Karnataka, Biocon Chairperson Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw, and Union Minister Kishan Reddy. Chief Minister Revanth Reddy will deliver his address at 2:30 PM, followed by panel discussions under various ministries from 3 to 4 PM.
On the second day, discussions will resume at 9 AM, and the Telangana Vision Document 2047 will be unveiled, detailing the state’s roadmap to achieving a $3 trillion economy by 2047. The summit will conclude at 6 PM, with leaders from all political parties invited to participate. Deputy CM Vikramarka emphasized that the event is strictly aimed at attracting investments and is not a political gathering. Minister Sridhar Babu added that details of agreements and investments will be disclosed on the final day.

To make the summit’s vision accessible to citizens, several locations across Hyderabad feature digital displays and projections. A globe-shaped projection at Durgam Cheruvu will showcase the summit logo using inlit technology, while water projections at Hussain Sagar will highlight India Future City, women’s empowerment, youth initiatives, and the $3 trillion economic target. Additionally, large digital LED screens have been installed along the route from Shamshabad Airport to the venue, providing directions, distances, summit visuals, city plans, and brochures for visitors.
