Hyderabad is facing ongoing disruptions in IndiGo flight operations, with 54 flights scheduled to arrive at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport and 61 flights departing today being cancelled. The cancellations have caused significant inconvenience for passengers trying to travel to and from the city.

To ease the impact, SpiceJet has deployed 100 additional flights across the country to accommodate affected passengers. Meanwhile, the railways and Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC) have initiated special services to provide alternative travel options. Dedicated trains have been arranged from Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, and Howrah to Hyderabad, with a total of 89 special train services operating over 100 trips. Extra coaches have been added to 37 trains to handle the increased passenger load.

In addition to rail services, special bus services have been organised by GMR and TGSRTC from Shamshabad to multiple destinations, including Chennai, Bengaluru, Vijayawada, Rajamahendravaram, Kakinada, and Visakhapatnam. These measures aim to ensure passengers have alternative options and reduce travel disruptions amid the ongoing IndiGo crisis.
