Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka has strongly criticized KTR, stating that KTR lacks the qualifications to be compared with him. He made satirical remarks claiming that KTR would not have even become an MLA if KCR had not been in power. Bhatti Vikramarka also pointed out that his team had achieved significant progress within a year, surpassing the work accomplished by BRS over the past decade.
Addressing ongoing projects, Bhatti Vikramarka emphasized the importance of showcasing projects to close associates. Discussing the Komati Reddy project, he mentioned that funds were successfully allocated to complete the project after discussions that began back in 2004. He highlighted this as a notable achievement, comparing it to a moment of personal satisfaction.

He also pointed out that the project was approved through negotiations with YSR, which brought substantial development. Regarding Nalgonda district, he highlighted the situation where water is now flowing like the Godavari region, and land prices are expected to rise significantly.
Focusing on social initiatives, Bhatti Vikramarka addressed community welfare projects, stating that diet charges for government schools and hostels have been increased to support a new program. Starting in December, he outlined plans to visit hostels once a month with fellow officials to inspect facilities, ensuring proper provisions and living conditions for students.

He committed to dining with students during these visits to address their needs directly and ensure no student faces inconveniences. Bhatti Vikramarka also pledged to allocate Rs. 5,000 crore to provide comprehensive facilities in hostels.
Criticizing the previous government’s lack of updates to diet charges over the last ten years, he asserted that these initiatives would bring much-needed improvements to the welfare of students across government schools and hostels.
