Hyderabad: BJP State Chief Ramchander Rao has cautioned party leaders against making statements in the media that contradict the party line. He emphasized that MPs, MLAs, and other office-bearers should avoid speaking on personal agendas, warning that any deviation would invite strict action. The warning comes after recent criticism of the party by Konda Vishweshwar Reddy and MLA Katipalli.
Rao highlighted the influx of prominent leaders joining the BJP, attracted by Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s governance and development initiatives. Welcoming the new members, he cited Dr. Kasani Maruti Goud from Khammam and N.R. Shashi from London, along with their teams, who recently joined the party. Leaders from Devarakonda and Nagarkurnool constituencies have also been incorporated, strengthening the party’s presence in key areas. Rao described the BJP as a family committed to justice, development, and public service.
On the upcoming Jubilee Hills by-election, Rao urged party workers to ensure a BJP victory as a “gift” to Prime Minister Modi. He criticized the BRS and Congress for allegedly deceiving BC communities and indulging in vote-bank politics, asserting that the BJP is the party that delivers justice and development. Rao claimed the electorate recognizes the BJP as the party that stands for fairness and progress.
Rao instructed party members to intensify campaigning in Jubilee Hills from the following day and announced that the BJP would finalize its candidate within two to three days. He emphasized the importance of a BJP victory to demonstrate political change in the constituency and reiterated the party’s commitment to transforming Hyderabad into a model city under BJP leadership.
