Union Minister Bandi Sanjay has once again sparked controversy with his remarks, accusing former Telangana IT Minister K. T. Rama Rao (KTR) and Congress leader Revanth Reddy of political compromise. Sanjay alleged that the recent Janwada case was conveniently overlooked due to this compromise, adding that KTR is effectively running the state as the “active CM.” He further claimed that the BRS and Congress have joined forces to ensure BJP’s absence in the media. According to Sanjay, the BRS lacks genuine supporters within the party.
Sanjay also questioned why former CM K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR), who remains silent on public issues, would make calls to officials regarding the arrest of KTR’s brother-in-law. He accused KTR of being arrogant due to his alleged wealth acquired through illegal means. He also condemned the BRS leadership for supporting family members when cases are filed against them, while ignoring party workers who face charges.
Speculation Over Harish Rao Joining BJP
When asked about rumors surrounding the potential joining of Harish Rao in BJP, Sanjay praised the BRS leader’s credibility but emphasized that any such decision would be made collectively within the party. Sanjay clarified that decisions are not made unilaterally.
