Union Minister Bandi Sanjay has made serious allegations against BRS chief K. Chandrashekar Rao, claiming that he operates a counterfeit currency printing press in Bidar. He accused KCR of distributing fake currency during elections and engaging in illicit financial activities.
Addressing the state’s financial situation, Sanjay criticized the previous BRS government’s handling of Telangana’s economy, stating that it had plunged the state into massive debt. He blamed KCR’s policies for the current financial crisis and questioned Chief Minister Revanth Reddy’s recent statement that Telangana’s debt stands at Rs 6 lakh crore. He asked whether these debts were not considered when electoral promises were made and alleged that the government is now preparing to sell public lands to repay loans.

Clarifies Stance on Telangana BJP President Post
Speaking on the Telangana BJP leadership, Bandi Sanjay dismissed speculations about his return as the state unit president. He categorically stated that he is not in the race for the position and will accept it if offered. He asserted that he had already proven his leadership capabilities.
Sanjay criticized individuals spreading rumors about potential contenders for the BJP state president post, stating that such actions violate party discipline and create confusion among workers. He emphasized that the party’s central leadership would take a final decision on the matter and urged leaders and workers to remain committed to the high command’s decision. He also noted that the BJP’s central leadership is taking the appointment process seriously.
