Kancherla Chandrasekhar Reddy, uncle of actor Allu Arjun, has filed a petition in the Telangana High Court against the state government’s KBR Park project. He has requested the court to prevent the demolition of his residence as part of the road expansion and to halt construction activities around the ecologically sensitive park.

In addition to his petition, four other pleas related to the project are currently pending before the High Court. The Telangana government has proposed the development of flyovers and underpasses around KBR Park as part of a six-junction improvement plan aimed at easing traffic congestion while ensuring environmental sustainability.

Chandrasekhar Reddy had earlier submitted a grievance through the *Praja Vani* platform, seeking protection for his property. However, after receiving no response from the authorities, he approached the High Court for legal intervention.

Notably, senior Congress leader Jana Reddy, actor and Andhra Pradesh MLA Balakrishna, and several film personalities also own properties within the project’s designated area.
