The case dates back to December 4, during the premiere of Pushpa 2 at Sandhya Theatre in RTC Cross Road, where a stampede resulted in the tragic death of Renuka, while her son is fighting for survival in the hospital. Following the incident, Allu Arjun was arrested on December 12 and remanded to custody for 14 days. However, after appealing to the High Court, he was granted interim bail and subsequently applied for regular bail, which the Nampally Court granted with conditions.
The incident drew widespread attention and criticism, with Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy accusing Allu Arjun of negligence leading to the loss of life. The incident sparked protests, with some even attacking the actor’s residence, creating significant distress for the Allu family. With the recent court order, the actor and his family have received some relief.
