The senior leader confirmed the development on social media platform X, stating that the notice directed him to appear for questioning on May 28, 2025.

He described the case as a politically motivated attempt to target him but reiterated his commitment to the law, stating that he would extend full cooperation to the authorities. This marks the second time ACB has served notices to KTR in connection with the same case. The Formula E race, held in Hyderabad in 2023, has drawn scrutiny over alleged irregularities in its organisation and public expenditure.
