Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan has taken a significant step to safeguard Sanatana Dharma by announcing the formation of a dedicated wing within Jana Sena. Named the “Narasimha Varahi Brigade,” this new unit is aimed at protecting and promoting traditional values. Pawan Kalyan warned that any attempts to undermine Sanatana Dharma would have serious repercussions, asserting, “I respect all religions, yet I will stand firmly by my beliefs.”
During his visit to Eluru district today, Pawan Kalyan launched the ‘Deepam-2’ free gas cylinder scheme in Jagannathapuram. Addressing the gathering, he emphasized that Jana Sena is committed to preserving Sanatana Dharma and announced the establishment of the “Narasimha Varahi Brigade” as part of this mission. He issued a warning to those who post disrespectful content about Sanatana Dharma on social media or engage in actions that could harm its image, stating that they will face consequences.
The Deputy CM also reiterated his commitment to fulfilling election promises, noting that under the Deepam-2 scheme, each eligible beneficiary will receive three free gas cylinders per year. This initiative is expected to benefit around 1,08,39,286 people annually, with an estimated expenditure of Rs 2,684 crore per year. Pawan Kalyan further assured that strict action would be taken against individuals involved in crimes against women.
